The Learning Network Completes Development of K-Dealer Test Drives
Online Demonstrations and Dealer CD Launches Kawasaki's New Dealer Communications System
Laguna Beach and Irvine, CA — The Learning Network (TLN) working with Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. (KMC) has completed production of animated Flash video programs to assist KMC in launching their new dealer communications system, K-Dealer, to their U.S. retailers.
The initial program consists of a 15-minute overview video produced in Flash, and three, shorter test drives that detail use of system modules including product registration, warranty claims, and access administration. The videos will be available on-demand at the K-Dealer web site and are initially released on CD-ROMs shipped to all dealers and KMC regional personnel. Two additional videos are under production. Subsequently, training elements will be incorporated with the videos and testing in the system will be added to the K-Tech, online learning center.
Don Church, KMC Manager of Service Training, reflects the general enthusiasm around the program when he says, "We are tremendously excited about the quality of these programs and the attention to detail reflected in their development. It is important that dealers accept and use our new communications system. Timely information presented in an easily digestible format that describes the functionality and ease-of-use of K-Dealer is extremely important. The Learning Network has provided us with that content."
