The Learning Network Partners with NCR to Develop a Testing Center for a Technology Industry Knowledge Management Solution
Learning Center Will Enhance NCR's Efficiency
Laguna Beach, CA — The Learning Network (TLN) with over 100,000 e-Learning users, has been chosen by NCR, Inc., to develop a testing center for their customer support employees in the TeraData Division worldwide. Certification testing will be hosted on a new learning center server that TLN will maintain. A number of tests will roll out over the next two years with the first coming online in early June.

"We have worked with NCR for the last ten years assisting in course development, and we feel that the new Testing Center is a mutually beneficial step towards growing our relationship. NCR choose TLN for this project because we were able to provide a highly customized testing site that met unique NCR requirements, and to accomplish this in a very short timeframe."

Based in Laguna Beach, CA, TLN provides e-Learning services to corporate departments, associations, and other organizations that require a focused solution to deliver training, education, and/or testing to their employees, customers, or members. TLN offers a proprietary learning content management system for course and test delivery, learner administration, and reporting. In addition, TLN produces content for delivery on the system.
