Thank you for your interest in the KAR Online Education Program!
Each course has been approved by the Kansas Real Estate Commission. Real Estate Licensees in the state of Kansas are required to pass a proctored (supervised), closed-book exam at the conclusion of any course which is not presented in the classroom setting.
The proctor is selected by the person taking the course. The proctor cannot be a family member of the person taking the course, nor a real estate licensee.
Upon electing to take a course, please email Rod McIntyre, KAR Education Director at mcintyre@midusa.net, or call (800) 366-0069, ext. 131, to report the name and address of the proctor you have chosen. The exam will be sent to your proctor. You will then need to return the exam to KAR for grading. If you pass, KAR will report your results directly to the KREC and send you a certificate of completion.
