- Reviews how key estate and gift tax rules were impacted by the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 (EGTRRA '01)
- Examines the impact of the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003 (JGTRRA '03) on wealth preservation planning
- Explores several estate planning opportunities in a low-interest rate environment
- Highlights two hot estate planning techniques: the grantor retained annuity trust (GRAT), and the family limited partnership (FLP)
