If you are an established real estate professional, you know that the issue of agency has been the subject of intensive study by the real estate industry. If you are new to the profession, you may have a number of questions concerning agency and find the answers to be both complex and confusing. This course is designed to address the complex issues surrounding the topic of agency. It will also help you determine the following:
- How and when real estate licensees create agency relationships with buyers and sellers
- How and when licensees must make disclosures to principals to clarify agency relationships under the agency law
