QDROs and Related Court Orders reviews the basic applications of QDROs and the requirements needed for drafting a QDRO. It discusses not only the requirements established by the Department of Labor, but those of the plan, or more specifically the plan administrator.

Lastly, the pertinent information needed to draft a QDRO, as well as the use of model orders provided by a plan administrator will be discussed.
